About Woodmere

Many streets are loops and cul-de-sacs with names that end in "wood," such as Candlewood, Knollwood and Lindenwood. The southern part is often called Woodmere South.
There is no homeowners' association. Owners can add a pool, a shed or a parking pad for a boat or RV without board approval, as long as they follow city codes.
