Listing information

Listing information on this site comes from the Daytona Beach REALTORS® multiple listing service (MLS) through its Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. Listings are shown with the name of the brokerage that holds the listing, which may not be Heritage Realty Associates.

• Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Prices, availability, square footage, room sizes, school assignments and other details can change or contain errors. Verify anything important yourself, for example with a home inspection, survey, or the county property appraiser.
• Listing data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use, only to identify properties you may be interested in buying or renting. You may not use it for any other purpose.

Your account

Keep your password private and give accurate contact information. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

• Copy, scrape, crawl or download listing data or photos in bulk, by any automated means.
• Use the site to send spam or false requests, or to harass anyone.
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security or usage limits.
• Use the site for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose.

No agency relationship

Using the site, creating an account or sending a request doesn't by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship with Elk Newhouse or Heritage Realty Associates. Florida law requires us to tell you about the type of brokerage relationship before we work with you on a transaction, and we will.

Limits of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Elk Newhouse, Heritage Realty Associates and the MLS are not liable for decisions you make based on information on the site, or for interruptions, errors or data loss.
