Holly Hill, FL
Holly Hill sits between Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach on the mainland side of the Halifax River, with established streets of single-story homes, riverfront condos and a long riverside drive with parks and fishing piers.
About Holly Hill
Holly Hill is a small city wedged between Daytona Beach to the south and Ormond Beach to the north, running from the Halifax River west toward Nova Road and beyond. Ridgewood Avenue (US 1) is the main road through town, lined with shops and services, while Riverside Drive follows the river along the east edge with water views most of the way.
Most of the city is made up of older neighborhoods on a regular street grid, with many houses from the 1950s and earlier alongside later ranch homes. The biggest newer addition is a set of high-rise condo towers on the river.
