Kingston Shores

About Kingston Shores
Kingston Shores dates from the early 1970s and is made up of two-story buildings spread across a long strip of land between the ocean and the Halifax River. Units near the front are close to the beach, and units near the back look west toward the river and the sunset. All of it is a single condo of 106 units. It's on the north end of Ormond-by-the-Sea, where the beachside stays mostly natural.
Building amenities
The community has three pools placed around the grounds, so most units are a short walk from one. A walkover across A1A leads to the beach, where driving isn't allowed. Each unit has an assigned parking space, with guest parking nearby.
Location
North Peninsula State Park borders the community, with trails and river access at Smith Creek Landing. The Ormond Scenic Loop and High Bridge Park are close by. Publix, shops and restaurants are a short drive south, and Flagler Beach is a short drive north.
