Vantage Pointe is a 160-unit complex from the mid-1970s and sits on the west side of A1A on the north part of the Daytona beachside, with a path across the road to the sand. Many balconies look over the pool and courts, and some upper units catch a view of the ocean.

Courts are the main draw: six tennis courts plus pickleball. There's a very large heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness room and a clubhouse with pool and ping pong tables and a library. Shuffleboard, grills and a laundry room round it out, and parking is in open lots.

Location

The beach is just across A1A. The complex is between Seabreeze Boulevard and Ormond Beach, close to shops and restaurants. The boardwalk, the Bandshell and the Ocean Center are a short drive south.
