Mosaic
Mosaic is a newer single-family community off LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, built mostly by ICI Homes, with a resident club, two pools, a fitness center and a lake with a fishing dock.
About Mosaic
Mosaic is one of the newest neighborhoods on the LPGA Boulevard corridor. Homes went up from 2018 to 2024, most of them by ICI Homes, with a smaller number by Adley Homes. The neighborhood is laid out around Lake Mosaic and several ponds, and many lots back up to water or to protected preserve land, so a good share of homes have no rear neighbors.
Sidewalks, trails and small parks connect the streets to the resident club, and many homes are within walking or biking distance of it.
Amenities and community
Club Mosaic is the center of the community. It has two resort-style pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, an event lawn with a bandshell, a fire pit, a boardwalk and fishing dock on the lake, and playgrounds. A full-time lifestyle coordinator plans community events.
The club belongs to the property owners' association, so there's no separate membership to buy. There's no golf course inside Mosaic, but the LPGA International courses are nearby.
Location and getting around
Mosaic sits off LPGA Boulevard west of I-95, a few minutes from both I-95 and I-4. Tanger Outlets, Tomoka Town Center, grocery stores and restaurants are close, and Daytona International Speedway and the airport are a short drive. The beach is about 25 to 30 minutes away by car.
Homes in Mosaic
Every home here is a single-family house, most of them one story, with sizes from about 1,666 to 3,034 square feet. Lake and preserve lots are common, and some homes have private pools. Right now 13 homes are for sale, asking from $460,000 to $750,000, with a median of $584,000.
