Preserve at LPGA
Preserve at LPGA is a newer single-family community on the LPGA Boulevard corridor in Daytona Beach, built from 2022 on by Lennar and Ryan Homes, with a community pool, a playground, a lakeside walking trail and many homes backing up to ponds or preserve.
About Preserve at LPGA
Preserve at LPGA is one of the newest neighborhoods west of I-95 in Daytona Beach. Homes went up from 2023 to 2025, so nearly everything here is new or close to it. Most homes were built by Lennar, and the Eagle Crest section was built by Ryan Homes.
The streets are laid out around ponds and pockets of protected wetland, so many lots back up to water or woods with no homes behind them. It is a separate community from LPGA International, the golf community down the road, with its own association.
Many homes have solar panels. Some are paid off and some are leased or financed, so ask how the panels are owned before you make an offer.
Amenities and community
Amenities are simple and outdoors. The association has a community pool with a small cabana building, and there is also a playground, a fenced dog park and a walking trail of about a mile around one of the lakes. Sidewalks and street lights run through the neighborhood. No golf or club membership comes with a home here.
Location and getting around
The community sits off LPGA Boulevard west of I-95, with I-4 close by as well. Tanger Outlets, the shopping and restaurants along LPGA Boulevard, Daytona International Speedway and the LPGA International courses are a short drive away. The beach is roughly 25 minutes east by car. Check the flood zone on each listing.
