Harbor View is an 82-unit condo that went up in 1974 on the river side of the beachside, just across the water from downtown Daytona Beach. The building faces the Halifax River, part of the Intracoastal Waterway, and units on the river side look out at the marina, the bridges and the downtown skyline, with sunsets to the west.

The building has elevators and an on-site manager.

The riverfront pool deck has a heated pool and a hot tub. There's a club room, a grill area, a dog-walk area and a car wash station. Each unit has an assigned covered parking space, with guest parking.

Location

Harbor View sits between the river and the ocean in the middle of the Daytona beachside. The beach, the boardwalk, Main Street, the Ocean Center and Ocean Walk Shoppes are all within walking distance. Downtown Daytona, the Riverfront Esplanade and Jackie Robinson Ballpark are just over the bridge.
