About River House

River House is a 189-unit condo of three-story buildings from the early 1970s on the mainland side of the Halifax River, just south of downtown Daytona Beach. The buildings sit on park-like grounds that run down to the water, and many units have a screened balcony looking over the river, the pool or the marina next door.

Building amenities

The grounds along the river hold a heated pool, a tennis and pickleball court, shuffleboard, a clubhouse and grills. The community dock has boat slips that owners can get through a waiting list. Each floor has a laundry room, and each unit comes with one assigned parking space.

Location

River House is on South Beach Street beside a marina and the Chart House restaurant. Downtown Beach Street, the Riverfront Esplanade and Jackie Robinson Ballpark are less than a mile away, and the beach is a few minutes east over the bridge. Halifax Health Medical Center and AdventHealth Daytona Beach are a short drive.
