About Tuscany Woods
Tuscany Woods is built around Tuscany Chase Drive, with Tuscany Bend Street and short courts such as Campanello, Cario and San Mardeen off it. It went up in two phases between about 2007 and 2017. Mercedes Homes built many of the early homes. Sizes vary widely, from compact three-bedroom houses to large homes with five or six bedrooms.
The association's land includes lakes, conservation woods and open green space, so many lots back up to water or trees, and several homes sit on cul-de-sacs. Robert Strickland Park borders the neighborhood.
Amenities and community
The community pool with its cabana sits on the association's recreation tract, along with a playground. Robert Strickland Park is right next door.
