About LPGA International

LPGA International is built around two 18-hole courses: one designed by Arthur Hills and one by Rees Jones. The community is a collection of smaller neighborhoods, each with its own streets and, in most cases, its own association: Gray Hawk, Opal Hill, Eagle Marsh, Joyelle and Centennial Park; Grande Champion and its sections, such as Masters Glen and Ironwoods; Lionspaw and Lionspaw Grand; Jubilee; Sedona; the Promenade; and Legends Preserve. Many homes back up to a fairway, a lake or wooded preserve.

The golf club and the neighborhoods are separate. Living here doesn't make you a club member, and the courses and the restaurant are open to the public.

Amenities and community

The golf club is a separate club with optional memberships. It has the two courses, practice facilities, a clubhouse with Malcolm's restaurant and bar, a fitness center, a pool and banquet space. Golf, social, fitness and pool memberships cost extra and are not part of any association fee.

Some neighborhoods have amenities of their own on top of that. Grande Champion, for example, has a community pool with a cabana. Sidewalks and walking paths run through much of the community.

Location and getting around

The community sits along LPGA Boulevard just west of I-95, a few minutes from I-4. Tanger Outlets, Tomoka Town Center and other shopping along LPGA Boulevard are close by, as are Daytona International Speedway, One Daytona and the airport. The beach is about 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

Homes in LPGA International

Homes include townhomes and paired villas, single-family homes on lake and preserve lots, and larger custom homes on the golf course. Most were built from the late 1990s on, and some neighborhoods still have new construction from several builders. Right now 27 homes are for sale, asking from $225,000 to $990,000, with a median of $390,000.

Fees and rules

Fees at LPGA come in layers. Most of the community belongs to a master residential owners' association, often called IROA, which costs only about $70 to $80 a year.

Most neighborhoods add their own association on top, and that's where the real differences are. In 2026 they ran from about $40 a month in Jubilee and $55 in Masters Glen to about $75 in Grande Champion, $80 in Lionspaw and $95 in Legends Preserve. Renar Golf Communities, the association for Gray Hawk, Opal Hill, Eagle Marsh, Joyelle and Centennial Park, was about $150 a month, and Ironwoods and Lionspaw Grand about $155 to $165. Townhome and villa sections often cover more exterior upkeep, so ask what each fee includes.

Most homes also pay a yearly CDD assessment, billed with property taxes. Golf club memberships are separate and optional. Fees change over time, so check the current amount on each listing.
