Villaggio is one 223-unit condo of three-story buildings from 2002 and 2003, newer than most condos in the area, and sit on landscaped grounds around a tree-lined lake, behind a gated entrance. Some units look out over the lake, and others face the trees or the courtyards.

Building amenities

The heated pool and hot tub sit at the edge of the lake, next to a grill area. The community also has a clubhouse, a fitness room and a car wash area, and trash pickup is handled at your door.

Location

Villaggio is on the mainland in Port Orange, close to the Pavilion at Port Orange shopping center, grocery stores, banks, restaurants and the Halifax Health hospital in Port Orange, many of them within walking distance. The beaches of Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet are a short drive east, and I-95 is a few minutes west.
