About St. Croix

The St. Croix is a 59-unit building directly on the beach in the middle of the Shores. Its units are the thing that sets it apart: every unit is a three-bedroom layout of well over 2,000 square feet, larger than in most towers nearby, and many have a long balcony on the ocean side plus a second balcony facing the Halifax River.

Compared with its neighbors, it is newer than the 1980s Sand Dollar just to the north and has much bigger units, and it is close in age to Towers Ten (2001).

Building amenities

The building has a heated oceanfront pool and a hot tub, a fitness room and a club room, with beach access for residents. Parking is in an assigned garage under the building, each unit has extra storage, the lobby is secured, and management is on site.
