Opus
The Opus is an 11-story oceanfront condo building at 2071 S Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Shores, built in the late 2000s, with three-bedroom units, an oceanfront pool, a club room with billiards and a short rental minimum.
About Opus
The Opus is a 108-unit building directly on the beach at the north end of Daytona Beach Shores. It is one of the newer mid-size towers in the Shores, finished around 2009, and almost every unit is a large three-bedroom layout of a similar size. Units look at the ocean, and some also see the Halifax River and the city to the west.
What sets the Opus apart from most buildings of its age is the rental rule: units can be rented by the week, while many other newer towers in the Shores require longer stays. Along with Sanibel, it is one of the few newer three-bedroom buildings where weekly vacation rentals are allowed.
Building amenities
The building has a heated oceanfront pool and a hot tub, a fitness room and a club room with a billiards table, with a walkway out to the beach. Parking is in an assigned, secured garage under the building, the lobby is secured, and management is on site.
Location
The Opus is on A1A at the north end of the Shores, a few minutes from restaurants and shopping, and the attractions of Daytona Beach are a short drive north. The Dunlawton Bridge to Port Orange is a short drive south.
